Product Display/Colors

Errors on Our Site

Online Price Policy 

Despite our diligent efforts, a small number of items in our web site may be incorrectly priced. Rest assured that we will verify all prices as part of our shipping procedures and provide you with correct pricing in your order confirmations. Tezo ltd reserves all rights to correct any errors in the online system prior to shipping and billing. If you suspect an error in pricing, please contact our support.

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with PayPal, and with major credit cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Tezo ltd Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Tezo ltd may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Tezo ltd also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Tezo ltd Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Return Policy

All sales made through the Tezo ltd Web site are subject to Tezo ltd's return policy.

Return online purchases within the 10 days. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.

You can return Tezo.eu purchases to a Tezo ltd by mail. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail:  

1. Pack your return in the original package if possible.

2. Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.

3. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.

4. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground, EMS or insured USPS.

5. Please send all returns to:

Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.

The refund will only cover the cost of the item and not delivery charges or any charges incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

Faulty or our error: Full refunds will be issued for any faulty item(s) or where the return is as a result of our error. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) together with it's delivery charge.
If you return an item by mail, please allow 14-21 days of processing time.

Termination of Use 

Tezo ltd may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Tezo ltd Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Tezo ltd reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Tezo ltd Web site at any time without prior notice.
